INSPIRED
How does an INSPIRED Challenge work?
A team of up to 5 people from the participating organisation will be given training and briefing (at their place of work) to support the delivery of a particular 21/2 hour session i.e. on marketing or accounts in our E=MC2 programme and about finding and applying for the right job in our Progress to Success programme.
The idea of INSPIRED is through using a unique participatory approach, participants develop presentation skills, learn how to effectively communicate information to other people, practise and conquer fears of public speaking, improve their teamwork and communication skills. The result of which will ultimately support the development of a more entrepreneurial workforce.
What are the benefits of an INSPIRED Challenge?
Along with raising the participating organisation's profile positively within the community, INSPIRED simultaneously supports the Social Responsibility of the participating organisation, be it a local authority, a library or a small to medium sized enterprise! It is also an ideal opportunity for companies investing in brand awareness among young people and our target markets to profile themselves ethically and responsibly.
