Progress to success
The Progress to Success programme is an inspirational, practical and interactive work-related learning and employability skills programme, through rewards incentivising its participants to set and take steps towards their SMART goals whilst on the programme. It is aimed not only to give participants the tools to effectively look for work in the future, it unveils participant's strength's and personalities and maps these to their future.
The programme provides participants with a Level 1 or Level 2 OCN Step-Up Award, it is mapped against the Youth Achievement Awards and both the Key Stage 3 and the Key Stage 4 school curriculums.
The Progress to Success programme also addresses the need for sustainable employment outcomes for participants and participants will have the opportunity to be selected to gain employment with one of our corporate partners as part of our "Breaking the Cycle" programme.
